Lloyds TSB launch Virtual Assistants on their public and Internet Banking websites
Lloyds TSB, one of the UK's largest and most respected banks, employs a non-avatar Virtual Assistant on their main website. One way users can launch the pop-up is to enter their question into the box on the Help Page and click “Ask”.

By having the Virtual Assistant operate behind secure log-on screens, Lloyds TSB is able to cater to the needs of customers using the Internet Banking option on their website.

The Lloyds TSB interface includes two popular options at the bottom (Useful phone numbers and Find branch or Cashpoint) in order to assist the user quickly and efficiently.
